Testimonials

Thoughts on my experience: While not a total novice at engaging my pelvic floor, the depth of information and anatomical explanation was invaluable in helping me to visualize and feel what’s “down there”. The exercises taught are very practical and easy enough to do, though man does it take concentration!! I can already feel such a difference however, cannot recommend enough for women in particular who may be experiencing physical trauma after childbirth. Thank you so much again, truly the course was immensely helpful. I haven’t felt the heaviness of my prolapse the last while!!

“I loved the entire 4 sessions, but the first one was a great deal of anatomy; however over the next 3 sessions it all came together very well. Questions were answered in great detail, Perri is very well versed and speaks knowledgeably and confidently about this issue. I found that I could be honest and open about my experience and know that my comments/questions would be handled in a not only professional, but compassionate manner. I took the course because as an older woman who sees and hears about pelvic floor challenges with friends/aquaintances all the time I felt I had a responsibility to inform myself and learn and practice tools and techniques to care for myself. I now have them but know that it is my responsibility to use them which I am doing. I particularly enjoyed the various movements Perri guided us through to practice what she had taught us in the class. I feel empowered that I can make changes in my pelvic floor and am deeply grateful for Perri and her wisdom. Thank you so much!

“The time spent on visualization and isolating parts of the pelvic floor was enormously helpful. I feel that I can now access it more easily in yoga practice, and in my everyday life. I made new discoveries about my body and found new ways to work with existing issues.”
